I don't know where this picture was taken, but it sure looks familiar! You'll probably have many readers believe that it is a construct -- i.e., not a real picture. I would have no problem believing it to be true, because during my four years living in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, I saw many a motorcycle or motorscooter (Dominicans jokingly call them "moto-conchos") similarly laden with cargo going through the streets. I was always amazed at how they could maintain balance with such loads through the crazy and dangerous SD traffic! [and don't get me started on cycles bearing fully charged large propane tanks!] It also wasn't too uncommon to see as many as 2 adults and 3-4 kids on a single motorcycle, the weight so bearing down on it that the chassis could not get over bumps in the road...
Best Regards,
Keith
Got the picture off my renter's blog. Can't prove it's authenticity but I do believe it's the real thing. Thanks for commenting

This picture was actually taken from my renter One Man Bandwidth - An American Professor in China. I'd suggest checking it out, it is filled with interesting pictures.
